Echinpopsis Blooming

    Echinopsis Blooming

    I haven't been around for awhile, But wanted to share these photos of my Echinopsis blooming, and I almost missed it. I noticed something different in the window while I was outdoors and hurried inside to get a closer look:

    Well, that's just lovely. I've recently purchased an Echinopsis that looks just like that. Maybe that's what mine will look like when it blooms...

    Mine is opening tonight. I believe that it is Echinopsis eyriesii. But due to the large number of variants, I'm not sure. It is sharing the pot with a jade.

    Except those tend to explode if handled roughly, producing an effect that is anything but neat.

    Beautiful blooms, great pictures. Thanks for sharing. I've never
    been a fan but now seeing the pictures you have shared I could
    very easily become one. Good work. I think he likes you.
