WE don't have enough space inside to give away to seed pots. I was wondering if I want to keep seed pots outside under some shade to protect them from frost would they survive, as its extremely cold outside now a days, its usually in minus at night.
Most annual flower seeds need about or over 70F (20C) to germinate. You may get sweet peas to grow but, not much else. They are making slender seeding trays that hold Jiffy7 peat pellets that will sit on window sills and not take up much room.
