I am trying to find a reputable grower that has dwarf edible olive trees, to be containerized. Any suggestions?

According to the website they only have olive seeds, not grafted plants. Thank you for the suggestion, though.

At the green house they have 2 feet olive tree, and they are not grafted. I bought one five years ago and it die last year because of the rained. Sorry that is not what you looking for.

    Brian,
There are no true dwarf olive trees but some are touted as such. The Arbequina is sometimes referred to as dwarf but it is only slow growing. Many olive varieties do well in pots however. I would look for varieties that are proven to grow in our area and whose fruit matures early and evenly. The Leccino is a vigorous grower so it may not be ideal for pots (but I know of many that are five years old in pots) but it matures earlier in the season than most varieties. The main problem with growing in pots in our area is that the roots can freeze in the pots—the solution is to make sure the pot is well insulated from cold or just move the plant to a protected area. Frantoio, Maurino and Leccino plants are available for sale on Saturna Island.
