Here are some photos of a two different sundew species growing in a mountain bog on the Canadian westcoast. Photo one shows D. anglica on the left and a large sized D rotundifolia on the right. Note that both species are flowering at this time of year, and once in awhile the hybrid x obovata is produced as an offspring of the two parents. Seeds from x obovata are sterile. D rotundifolia were extremely common, and literally blanketed the bog surface everywhere. D. anglica on the other hand, was much more rare, and I only found one very small population of it:
