Dividing Bleeding Hearts

    Can Bleeding Hearts be dug up and split, if so, should it be done in the fall.

    Yes, you could wait until the fall but I think it's safe to attack them anytime after they have gone dormant for the summer.
    I last divided mine in mid-September and they came up the next year as if nothing every happened.
