The grass on the right has, until today, been under my (movable) picnic table for a few months of rain and cold weather; the grass on the left has been in the open. It is the same grass and has been here since we moved in 40 years ago. Is it a variety that prefers shade? If so, how should I be treating it? I can't built picnic tables to cover the whole yard!
