I had a desert rose given to me and it was healthy but leggy. I'm in Florida and we recently had below 30° weather. A lot of my plants were damaged and the desert rose was one of them. The branches were very soft and I researched that I should cut back the branches that were soft. Should I cut back all of the branches that are soft even though there is green underneath when I scratch it?
Edited: P.s. I also repotted the entire plant to make sure it wasn't rot.
