Our school has several new raised garden beds that were filled with soil from a previously untilled meadow. We have recently found cutworms in the soil and are wondering about applying nematodes to reduce or eliminate them. Would this be effective at this time of the year? If not, what organic controls could we put in place? (We currently have lettuces, kale, radishes, potatoes, etc. planted in the beds).

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you have to offer.
