    A few questions:
    1. Would it be possible to indicate which grower each variety is sourced from? It seems those from Four Winds are of higher quality than those from other grower(s).
    2. What if a desired variety is not on the list but is available from the grower? Would it be possible then to special order it?
    3. Will it be apparent which container sizes are available for a given variety in the ordering process?
    4. To pre-order is to guarantee availability, otherwise it's 'take your chances'. Would this be correct?
    5. What is the cutoff date for the pre-order?

    Hi Junglekeeper,

    Please see my answers below.

    Cheers, Gary

    1. Would it be possible to indicate which grower each variety is sourced from? It seems those from Four Winds are of higher quality than those from other grower(s). -- We do get a lot of citrus from Four Winds but also from a few other suppliers but only if the quality is high. I think you will be happy with the full range and its quality.
    2. What if a desired variety is not on the list but is available from the grower? Would it be possible then to special order it? -- It might be possible to special order. Email me at phoenixperennials@shaw.ca with your wish list and I can let you know.
    3. Will it be apparent which container sizes are available for a given variety in the ordering process? - Yes. Container sizes are listed on the ordering page.
    4. To pre-order is to guarantee availability, otherwise it's 'take your chances'. Would this be correct? - Yes. Bringing in this much citrus is a big financial risk so before shipment we adjust our numbers up or down to meet demand. We always bring in extra but we try to not have too much extra. Also, in some cases we can increase our order to meet demand but in other cases our supplier won't have any more to send us so once we sell out in the pre-order we can't get any more.
    5. What is the cutoff date for the pre-order? -- Our shipments will arrive in mid to late May so that will be the cut off - when the plants come in.
