   Pavilion Lake BC

   I have been given a Ceonothus Victoria for my Garden which is at Pavilion Lake, between Lillooet and Cache Creek, in BC, elevation 2600 ft, zone 4 lately, will this plant survive here, or will it need winter protection etc.
   Any information would be helpful.
