Cedar Tree help in southeast Texas

    Could anyone please tell me what is most likely wrong with this cedar tree? Anything I can do to fix it? Brown from inside and at the bottom of the needles.

    It's a juniper (Juniperus), not a cedar (Cedrus) ;-)

    The browning of the low inner foliage like this is fairly normal, but made worse here by the lack of light being stuck in a dark corner - junipers need 100% full sun to do well.
