When should I harvest my cayenne peppers? Some advice says now, while green. Other says wait until they redden...... What is recommended for our area?
If you want seeds wait until they get red and then dry the peppers. I think that they are hotter when red and if you want a less hotter one cut when green. Just cut when you want, either red or green.
