Cat Palm With yellow fonds and brown spots

my cat palm has one fond that all the leaves on that palm are yellowing from the tip to the whole leaf with brown spots

 

All in all your palm looks fine. That appears to be an old frond, so maybe the plant is putting its energy into the new fronds. Cut those bits off if you like.
