Identification: Can you tell me what kind of plant this is please?

    Hello,
    Can you tell me what kind of house plant I have? This plant is an offshoot of a plant that my aunt took from my great aunts house when she passed away. The plants have been re rooted quite a few times and passed around my family and back again, but nobody can identify what kind of plant it is.

    I would also say hoya carnosa. The flowers are a pink color.
