I have an indoor Aloe Vera plant growing in my home and over the past few months I have noticed some sort of Fungus maybe? growing on the leaves on the plant.

I have tried to wipe it down (Bad idea) but it keeps coming back.
I am just wondering what is growing and am I able to treat it?

Thank you, Here are some images.

Looks like a pest, like mealybug or scale. You could try wiping them off with a a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. You might need to try a few methods to rid the plants of it. There are quite a few articles on aloe pests online.
