I live in the middle of Alberta and i have this Eggplant called "Casper" (it's a white type of eggplant) and i was wondering if i could grow it here. If i can do you have any tips on how to keep it alive and to produce harvest.

Well, here in Calgary, we can only grow eggplants in our greenhouse. It gets too cold at night here for eggplants, tomatoes (to ripen them, that is), etc.. If you are located east of Calgary, in the more temperate belt, your chances of being able to grow them outdoors would greatly improve. I can't suggest any tips that are specific to eggplant though - if you've been successful at growing other vegetables, such as tomatoes, you shouldn't have any problems with eggplant, IMO.
