i found this fungi/set of mushrooms growing under a tree and took some pictures. I took two pictures of the fruiting bodies and one of the tree it was found under.

Any idea what kind it is? i live in northern california (close to sacramento) and found it today. The weather has been kind of rainy and cold the past few days so i'd figure that fungi would thrive in this environment. I also collected some samples of the fruiting bodies so I can probably provide better pictures if needed.

    I'd guess Coprinellus micaceus.
