I've been unable to find Camellia Brigadoon at the nurseries here in Vancouver Island & wonder if there is anyone who is able to spare me a cutting or two.

Also, any recommendations for winter-blooming Camellias that do well on VI?

    Many thanks!

If you can't find that one maybe you would be happy with another Camellia x williamsii that is being carried by nurseries in the region. 'Donation', for instance, the flagship variety for the cross and a standout camellia in general.

Probably the main winter camellia down here is C. x vernalis 'Yuletide'.

Thanks Ron. Yes, Donation is a good alternative. Meanwhile I'll keep my hopes up!
