Propagation: Cactus soil for hibiscus cuttings?

    Can I use cactus soil to start growing a cutting?

    It might not be ideal, but it will probably work. Some people put cuttings in sand. Hibiscus like moisture, so I would keep the cuttings under cover or in a plastic bag to create a moist environment, but I do that for everything that is not a succulent.
