    Its the kind of spineless cactus that Luther Burbank would claim he originated (but he didn't).

    Its the kind of cactus that many dopers wish were growing in their own back yards.

    Its Echinopsis (Trichocereus) pachanoi, the "San Pedro".

    Wait a few more weeks and those hairy bud will produce night blooming white flowers.

    could be saguero. they usually have side limbs when they're that age though. please post pics of the flowers when they are in bloom...shouldn't be too long for that.
