Identification: Bush with Large Serrated Leaves, Clear Parallel Veins and Clusters of Cone-Like Things

    Hello Everyone,

    Do you know what this plant is? It is a roughly human height bush with large serrated leaves with clear parallel veins and clusters of cone-like things that look still quite new and not developed at the time pictures were taken.

    Location : Pacific Ranges
    Elevation : 1200 m
    Season : Late July
