Hello all, my jade 5-year old plant is suffering from brown scaling/tunneling like a croc's skin. The new leaves look healthy and shiny, but over time, it becomes dull and develops that scaly texture. Any recommendations on how to cure it?
This was originally posted in an old thread: Brown Scale on Jade. See photos.... Maybe there are some new takes on this by now.
Did you ever get any answers to this?My jade also has it and I cant find out what it is to save my life!
I don't know what this is but I would treat it as if it were edema or intumescence. Maintain a consistent soil moisture level, one without the extremes of dry and wet and see if there's an improvement. Currently affected leaves will not improve but perhaps the new growth will be unaffected, or at least less so. Edema and Intumescence
