could be lack it dried out too much in between waterings, could be some kind of bug infestation, could be something in the water is causing a problem, could be too much sun, could be rootbound, could be the soil is depleted.

can you post pics?? how long have you had it? has it been repotted? if so, how long ago? what kind of soil is it in? does the container have drainage holes? is it in the house or outside? what kind of sunlight is it getting - length and brightness?

possible it didnt get watered frequently enough, have a lot on our plates at mo, plants can tend to get forgotten about. Dont think bugs have got it as other plants are in the same place. Cannot answer re the water point that you suggested, not too much sun, not routbound and soil is fine as it is new compost. I have had the plant since Mothers Day it was a present from my 8 yr old daughter and yes it was repotted in a BIG pot in March. The pot does have drainage holes and is outside. I would say that the kind of sunlight is length not brightness. Hope this helps enough for you to help me and hope I can revive this plant. Thanks again.

sounds like you've answered the question yourself - not frequent enough water. although our spring was wet, it's been pretty dry since, so, anything in containers would suffer a bit if not watered regularly.

fushia are particularly thirsty, too, so, i think that's the problem. if most of it is still green, then, you can trim off the dead stuff and it should continue to grow. just make sure to water it regularly, though :)
