Black spots on Jade leaves, photos attached Our young jade plants have irregular raised black spots on most of the leaves that cant be rubbed or scraped off. The leaves are not wrinkled or soft, new leaves form and slowly get spots. Some leaves get yellowish and drop off, I dont think we overwater the plant. I have looked for mealy bugs but haven't seen any. TonyM.
