Black Specks on my new Grape

Hello everyone.
I am really hoping someone can tell me what is wrong with my baby vine.
I purchased it this year and was planted a few days after. Its been growing well but now I find these black specks on the leaves. Additionally there seems to be some white stringy stuff on the steams.

Does anyone know what these are, and the best way to fix it?

I would hate to lose my vine within a few months of planting it!

So I read the link you sent me...thanks.
But from what I read, it doesn't appear to be a Powdery mildew infection.
There are no areas of "white mildew patches", and there is no explanation for the black specks on the leaves.

Are there any other possibilities?

 

Any new photos? What I saw on the ones from last week looked more like spray damage than any of the usual suspects.

No that you mention it, the lawn guy came by as well as a bug guy .... I'm sure that was the problem.

And I haven't seen any new issues.
