    Hi
I noticed black hairy clumps growing in my backyard under birdfeeders. Its spring, raining a lot, and the are does not get much sun.
Can someone help with what was the conclusion back in 2014 in this thread??

    Please help.

Doubtful it is the same thing, better to post a photo of what you are seeing now.
