These are all images of lichen found in my area of NE Kansas...I'm completely unfamiliar with lichen as an overall species and am wondering if anyone who is familiar with them might have some ID's for these? Is the yellow or orange the same as the greenish? Are the 'frilly' green the same as the 'creaping' looking green? Help?

    Hey there C.Wick,
Your photos provide some excellent detail for ID'ing. Will have to do some remedial lichen bookwork to weigh in, but I believe the orange foliose one is a Xanthoria.
    cheers
