Hello, I am a Ph. D. candidate in the Biology Department at University of Massachusetts Boston. I am now involved in a Compositae genome research on Barnadesia spinosa and in need of seeds for germination. However, when I browsed and searched the UBC Botanic Garden official website, I couldn't find information regarding the order for Barnadesia. Could anybody please show me how I can order Barnadesia seeds (e.g. ID) or where I am able to find correlated information? Thank you in advance.

Hello Jan, I suppose you found this Botany Photo of the Day entry for Barnadesia Spinosa We do have an accession of this plant, but do not have any seeds available. I do not know of a source for this plant.
