Identification: Ballooning beet greens?

    I noticed today that a couple of my beet leaves look blown up. Like little balloons. Google doesn’t have the answers! Does anyone know what this could be? I fertilize regularly.

    That's the effect of leaf miners, larvae of the fly, Pegomyia betae.
