Identification: Backyard mushrooms

    With almost continuous rain, a lot of these sprouted out of the lawn.
    Don't know if these are Armillaria mellea - Honey Mushroom ?

    Hi David - I see dark spore deposit on upper stipe which excludes Armillaria. I suggest taking a look at Pholiota terrestris as a possibility.
