When I was watering my jade plant, I accidentally broke off a small branch. I wasn't sure what to do with it, so I put it in a cup of water on the windowsill. Over the past month or so it's grown roots, they're about 1-2 inches by now. Everything I've read says that I should have let the cutting dry out and then put it in soil. Since I've left it in water for so long, is there a way I can plant it now without it dying? Thanks!
