Azalea pests and diseases

I was wanting to do some research on what the different pests and diseases Azaleas and Rhodos have. The problem is I can't find any good web sites that list all of them. Can anyone tell me what all different pest and diseases they are susceptible to or does anyone know of any good web sites that talk about all the different pest and disease of Azaleas and Rhodos?

 

"all" the pests and diseases is not likely. many websites are regional and some problems are such also. washington state university has a nice little handbook with good photos.

Thanks for the link. I might end up ordering the book, all though it is more than I would expect for a 32 page book.
