Is it possible to graft an orange tree onto an avocado tree? I have an avocado tree and would like to have oranges.

    Thanks!

millet is right the short answer is no and basically for any plant to be graft compatable it has to be fairly close in the same family and avacodo is nowhere near the citrus family. and even if the plants are in the same family it does not mean that they are graft compatable. white sapote is a citrus relative and will not graft to any citrus.

Plant an orange tree if you can, or pot a dwarf citrus or two...
