I don't think that it's a rust... I think that it's a foilage disease which seem to be fairly common in aspens. The leaves have pale green spots. The leaves, and eventually the branch, die. I'm not exactly sure how to treat this, though, and was wondering if somebody could give me a price estimate on the treatment? Thanks so much!
