Can anyone tell me why my Silver mound is doing poorly? Last year it was a nice mound now there barely anything left. What type of soil does it like or need? Water needs?

Artemisia is usually quite drought tolerant(even our native one called Wormwood favours dry grassy banks). Does it get plenty of sun?
Incidentaly it is an ingredient in Absinthe!

It gets a fair amount of sun, but not full sun. I've had it for about 4 yrs now. It's been looking good up until this year.
Yes, I do now that it is in Absinthe. I actually have an expensive bottle of it. Quite an unusual taste, as well as the method in which to drink it.
Thank you for all your information.
