Areca Palm slowly dying

Hi All

This is my first post here.

I have two Areca trees which i bought few months back and they are dying slowly!! I don't know what I've done wrong to them.
The temperature is perfect and the humidity too, but this cotton thingie keeps coming on their leaves and then the whole branch dies.

i cant see any "cotton thingie" but maybe see if it is mealy bugs....

Thanks for your reply.

I don't know.. let say i have four of them... sometimes one dies and i don't know what is the exact reason.. they leaves start getting yellowish and then dies slowly...
I am not sure if there is some kid of pestesizer that i can use for them
