Are these trees gonners?

    I just moved in to a house and a lot of the plants look diseased and/or unhealthy. Help!

    Britain zone 8/9
    1 is a Common Hawthorn with a minor leaf disease.
    2 and 3 are Manitoba Maple; 3 is a variegated cultivar of it. Neither looks very happy, but this species rarely does anyway!

    4th a dogwood? with sunburn and a little powdery mildew? maybe.
