My 2 apple trees, grown in containers, both have a fuzzy white mould spots on them. Is this a type of parasite? If so, what can I do to eradicate it? Also, the leaves are sporting rust-coloured patches on the edges of the leaves. Is this related to the fuzz? What can I do?
    Many thanks for your expertise.

    Possibly Powdery Mildew spots?

And possibly Rust, or like you say if its just the edges effected, maybe it's just the colour of the leaf edges dying. Could be tough for Apple trees to do well in containers without a lot of soil monitoring.
