Identification: Anyone have any idea what this is?

Hi-
Does anyone have any idea what this plant may be? It's not mine so I don't know much about it. A friend of mine keeps asking me what this is and I told her I would do the best I could to get her an answer.

Looks like Iresine herbstii. Common name blood leaf.See.....
