Anyone grow Licualas?

    I grow quite a few licualas in a greenhouse. I love this genus, they are super cool! Anyone else grow them?

    Yes, well I USED to. Looked similar to L. spinosa. Mine had thorns on it. Unfortunately, in one of the storms, I had a big tree fall down, which was my canopy (roll eyes now), so it didn't like full Queensland sun and died. Once my canopy at the back is up and running again, in a years time, I will give it another go...

    I think that there are a lot of Licuala ramsayii in Queensland, no?
    Most of my plants are truly infants, but this one only LOOKS like a baby, in fact, its about 5 years old (slow growing). Its rather rare: Licuala mapu
