Sorry I don't have pictures but I have a house plant that has velvety leaves and the flowers are white trimmed with purple. the flowers are fairly large.
It would be good to know the size etc but it might just be an African Violet. You might want to Google those images. Margaret
thank you it is a gloxinia. It had died last winter then came back and I was wondering if this was normal. But I see by the discriptions I found that it is. Thanks again.
