Aloe vera flowering

    I have learned that Aloe vera flowers. Does anyone know light requirements and conditions to get the Aloe vera to flower?

    I think you have to follow by pattern of cactus hibernation in winter time.
    Keep it dry and temperature shoul be NOT higher then 15 C.
    Or you can grow it from seed. And if you did it I sure you"ll get better chances to have a nice Blooming.

    But it just my own theory.

    Mine flower in at least half day full sun, and tolerate temperatures up to 39C...

    Do you have pictures? I've never seen one flower and I've had one on the side of my house for 10 years.

    I don't have pics of it but it blooms on a spike. Google has images of this. My friend's mom had one in bloom and it was the first time I have seen it. I wanted to know how to force flowering. Ed might have some pics of his for you, Kaede
