I'm not sure where I should post this so, i'll try here. I have an Aloe plant that was close to dead when I found it. It seems to be coming back to life but, it still has some brown on it. My question is, should I cut these off? If so, where do I make the cut? Will it leave a stump? I don't want to ruin the look of the plant. Let me know, Thank-you!
All of the aloe plants that I've had over the years have behaved differently. Usually when the leaves die they dry right up and I can pull them off. It will leave the stems bare but at least it removes a place that bugs can hide. If you're worried about small patches of brown where the whole leaf isn't dead I wouldn't cut it off but that's just me ;). Good luck, Ryan
