Combination of juvenility, indoor growth and cool climate makes them very hard to identify. Wild guesses might be A. striata for the one on the left, A. vera for the other, but don't hold me to these!
The second one appears to have a stem which would rule out vera,so maybe arborescens?(bear in mind I'm using my cell phone to go online and the page layout is different. Any pictures come thru as one above the other not side by side so for me there is no left pic or right pic)
