    Hi all

I'm new here so I am not sure about what to post and what not, but i'll give this one a try:

Point is, I will be on holidays in British Columbia first 3 weeks of August.
One of my "goals" is to make photo's of rhododendron species in 'the wild'.

Any suggestions about where to go?

We will be touring around: Banff, Whistler, Jasper, Vancouver Island and so on.

My second option is the botanical gardens.....(not very adventurous)

    Kind regards,

That late the greatest potential would probably be for Rhododendron albiflorum blooming on mountain slopes.

    Thanks Ron,

I do not need necessarily photo's of rhododendron-flowers or blossoming rhododendrons. (would be nice though).

Rhododendron Park in Manning Park and the Dewdney Trail in Manning park. You can ask at the lodge or you may find some information online.
