    Michael,

    LOL! I guess that's why we're all trying it, to see if it lives up to its name!

    So far mine has done quite well. We had temps that got down to 6 degrees farenheight last winter (-14 Celcius) and mine had no damage. Insects and diseases have not seemed to be a problem yet for me either. Perhaps mine is doing well because it was a larger specimen when I got it. Time will tell. Mine also appears to be seed grown, and perhaps there is some variability in the species? Gomero and Alex, were your trees seed grown or grafted?
