    Well I didn't expect to be contributing to this thread but I received a beautiful Sunset in the post yesterday, I didn't order it I ordered Higasayama lol. However after looking at this one yesterday and falling in love with the shape I've decided to keep it.

    And the fireball of reds and orange that give it it's name, is wonderful in the Autumn. Perhaps we might see more on the forum in the future N !!?

    10th November 2022 and my Sunset has struggled this year due to the intense heat in the Summer, but important to show how this effects Autumn colours.

    Have found over the years that a very hot dry Summer affects the greens and yellows the most in my garden.

    3rd August 2023 and my Sunset is very green this year, no scorching to worry about in 2023.
    It is beneath my Fagus sylvatica 'Black Swan' that you can just see the leaves of. Gives a nice contrast IMO.
