    Description from Esveld Nursery:
This one was a happy accident: I ordered 'Hatsukoi' and received 'Hatsu Shigure' instead. To be honest I wouldn't have bought it on purpose based on the pictures on the seller's site, but now I'm so happy I have it. From those strong pinks in early Spring, to brassy coppers and now turning a fresh green in late summer that's like nothing else in my garden: it's really a colour I'd associate with spring leaves so it's fun to see it putting out this colour now. Can't wait to see what it does next!

Haha, you never know -- I'm certainly liking it more and more as it shows its different faces as the year goes on!
