Acer palmatum 'Dr Brown'

10th June 2021 and I never get tired of looking at this dissectum, I hope others don't, as I do enjoy posting it....

 

22nd June 2021 and this is fast becoming a favourite cultivar amongst friends. It definitely is mine.

 

29th June 2021 and the cooler wet June we are having this year in Southern England is doing my Dr Brown a lot of good. It's very happy indeed.

 

14th July 2021 and a very happy Dr Brown in my garden this year.

 

18th August 2021 and after probably the wettest Summer ever here in Southern England, here is my Dr Brown showing signs of Autumn already.

 

10th April 2022 and after a slow start due to more overnight frosts, here is my Dr Brown making a welcome start to the season.

 

16th May 2022 and now fully leafed out, plus a good night's rain my Dr Brown was very happy this morning.

 

22nd May 2022 and now in the early sunshine. I do love this cultivar.

 

I find that my Dr Brown shows more colour variegation in the leaves than some others posted here. Or perhaps some of the others don't show it as well?

 

13th November 2022 and at last my Dr Brown is getting some colour.

 

27th April 2023 and getting it's leaves a lot later this year.

 

10th November 2023 and my Dr Brown just turning with some interesting shades.

 

11th April 2024 and another year with my Dr Brown. Never grow tired of this one.
