Re: acer palmatum Azuma nishiki That's cool. It reminds me a lot a A.p. 'Asahi zuru', which is a variegated cultivar. The variegation extends to the bark, which produces pink stripes on the red. I've attempted to take some pics, but its dark, so I had to bring inside - not the best pics but you get the idea... Alex, do you know if this is a variegate?

Hi, is anyone have any latest pics from this cultivar to share i.e. spring, summer, falls color?. The last post was 8+ yrs ago and since then there are so many 'Nishiki' family out there. Thank you in advance.
this is the best leaves and brach show in my garden pics date 2012 now the maple is still in life but i not see similar beautiful show .like a small Oridono Nishiki for my experience ,non very beautiful fall colors
